My husband and I had a great experience buying a house with Javaid Karim. We looked for nearly 6 months before we found what we needed and we never felt that we were being rushed into making a decision. In fact, there were times when Javaid advised us to be patient and wait for the right house to come on the market. His attention to detail is second to none. He helped us beyond just the house-buying experience and recommended other people who provided services for painting, staining cabinets etc. We had a great experience with Javaid and would recommended him to anyone and everyone who asks us for recommendations.

Mr. Karim is an extremely conscientious and diligent realtor who made the whole process of buying a home a pleasurable and stress-free experience. What is even more credit-worthy is the fact that we did not have a realtor of our own and he was the listing agent for the home we bought. However his fairness and attention to detail ensured it was a win-win situation for all parties. I would highly recommend him to any prospective buyer/seller.

So I have been thinking about owning a home for the past few years, but the more i talk to my friends about their experience buying a home the more I got discouraged from starting the process till one day a close friend of mine told me about his experience buying his house and how pleasant it was. "Call this guy and you will be happy you did" those were his words to me. Ladies and gentlemen, as a new homeowner I can't describe in words how pleasant my experience with Javaid was from the first time I met him and every step on the way till the day he came found me at Home Depot and handed me my first house and garage keys!! Javaid had my back in every step of purchasing my first house, there was so many things I did not understand and before I even asked him to explain, I find him coming to me with what I wanted to know. Excellent communication skills and someone I can call a friend!

I had a great experience with Mr. Karim. This was my 2nd time buying a house, and so I knew what I was getting into. I had done my home work. The most important thing for me in a realtor was to know that he/she would be trustworthy, easy to work with, but aggressive at the same time. He came highly recommended by many other physician friends of mine, and he was an excellent choice. We met casually over coffee, and he spent almost 2+ hours without rushing us (me and my wife), to go over our requirements, location and details. He also has an amazing personality which makes it easier to communicate. He was so honest and meticulous with his input, that even another guy sitting next to us asked for his business card. From seeing houses to closing of our chosen house, it was a smooth and fun ride. Apart from the ease of working with him, he was also very responsive 24/7 (texted him around 11 PM and still got a response), experienced and gets you the best deal. I would highly recommend him, we do plan on purchasing more properties down the road, and I have no reservations doing it all over again with Mr. Karim.

Javaid Karim is professional, reliable and an expert negotiator when it comes to contract details. Our house buying process took over a year and he was always available to show us the many houses we were interested in. Being a full-time real estate agent, he is dedicated to his clients. Additionally, before we bought a house, we rented a home with his help. We were in Michigan and did not have time to fly down to Dallas to check out the properties, so we relied on him to select for us. We were very happy with the house that we rented. We highly recommend him for all your real estate needs.

Javaid Karim, helped us close on the sale of our house and also purchase another beautiful home last Friday. His expertise in advising us on pricing the home, making some minor repairs and staging it, was instrumental in us selling our house for asking price in only 4 days! His negotiating skills are invaluable too. We closed on schedule which was imperative to us since we also were closing on the property Javaid Karim helped us purchase. To ensure a smooth closing for me and my elderly parents, Javaid Karim negotiated a 2 day lease back from the buyers at no charge to us, making the the process of selling our home and moving into our new one seamless. We couldn't be happier with our new home. Not only did Javaid Karim negotiate a lower price for us, he also got the seller to take care of a bunch of repairs AND give us almost $2000 towards closing costs. In addition, since no lease back was granted to the seller, we received the keys for our new home within an hour of closing. In our experience, we have never come across a real estate broker who is so honest and sincere as Javaid Karim. Clearly putting our interest above all, he displayed an impeccable level of integrity and professionalism any home seller/buyer would relish. Needles to say, Javaid Karim will definitely be our Realtor for life.

When we first looked for a realtor, we were just looking for the best approach to sell my recently deceased father's home so that we could divide the money within my siblings. There were several realtors who we consulted and Javaid Karim stands out as providing suggestions without pressure. Other agents were just pushing us to sell quickly to liquidate the house value. From there, we’ve been using Javaid to purchase homes for rental. He has represented one-stop, and hassle-free shopping for us. Javaid is not only our realtor during home purchasing, but he also manages the properties and markets them to potential tenants. He also has helped us prepare the homes for occupancy through his array of contractor contacts.

Javaid was our real estate agent for a property we purchased recently. I have nothing but positive words for him. He has been quiet patient with us as we navigated various property over years, always being there, always doing a thorough job in following up and giving us sound advice. I can tell you he is your total advocate. He will move heaven and earth on your behalf, all the while , working professionally and amicably with the other party's agents. He is extremely knowledgeable in his craft and is able to help you navigate the fairly complicated process of buying or selling a property. For all future properties, I will always be going with Javaid. He is , by far, the absolute best real estate professional I've ever encountered.

Working with Javaid Karim changed my perspective of the whole real estate industry. I was one of those that thought I can do everything on my own and get similar results - I was way off and completely wrong. Javaid was straight forward from the get go. After our initial conversation, he set the expectations, took ownership of the whole process, advised what needed to be done and I followed his guidance, he rolled up his sleeve and did things as if it were his very own home - he clearly takes pride in his work. He was able reachable and courteous in every conversation. He exceeded every expectation that he had set for us. Most importantly, I found him to be extremely ethical and professional - I feel he's one of those rare agents that really enjoys what he does and he is really good at it. For me and my family, he'll be the only realtor we'll ever work with and I very comfortably recommend him to anyone.

Highly recommend Javaid, I consider myself to be pretty picky on people and how they go about things especially in this case a home sale. He definitely went above and beyond my expectations where I really felt like I didn’t have to give any input because he knew what we expected. He knew how to handle each situation and knew how to back us up while still being fair to buyers. As well as getting our house sold in under a week for over asking price. Great man and realtor. Would highly recommend using him, especially if you live in the Richardson area.

We had been approached by multiple real estate agents to list our home for sale, however, we chose to have Javaid help us despite never having worked with him previously. Javaid was incredibly professional and was more prepared than the others with the latest information to help us determine the best price to list the home because of his thorough understanding of the area. He provided key recommendations about how to prepare the home prior to listing that would embrace and accentuate the unique features of the home. Since we had already moved out, he was also politely adamant that we engage a professional home staging company to help the home look its best when it went on the market, whereas none of the other agents felt this was necessary. After we signed the listing agreement, he provided great recommendations to complete the necessary preparations and then helped to coordinate with and facilitate access for the people we hired to get things taken care of before the home went on the market. As we had already moved out, he was incredibly attentive to the home and was consistently checking to make sure everything was in order. All of the people he recommended did a fantastic job, but in particular, the home stager and photographer were top-notch professionals. His recommendations were right. When the home went on the market, already at a price that we were pleased with, we received a tremendous amount of traffic and multiple offers within the first 3 days. He handled this in an amazingly organized and professional manner, truly advocating on our behalf while being fair and respectful to the other parties and helping us to understand the nuances of the different offers so that we could make the best possible decision. Given the state of the market, our home would have sold regardless of who we chose, however, I am 100% confident that Javaid added value to the entire process and helped us to achieve a far better outcome than we otherwise would have realized. As we have moved around the country, we have worked with 7 other real estate agents in the home buying or selling process but working with Javaid was the first time where I felt that the agent actually made a meaningfully positive difference that resulted in an outcome that exceeded our expectations.

Javaid is very knowledgeable about the area and the market trends. He guided me as to the fair market price of the house and negotiated to the utmost possibilities. I am very happy with my purchase and quite content with the deal he guided me to. He is pleasant and patient to work with. I would highly recommend him!

We were so fortunate to have found Javaid Karim when we moved to the Dallas metro. As our Realtor, he helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was patient as we were looking for the right house in this crazy market. We looked at 5-6 houses on average every week, and were putting in offers on 2-3 properties a week. He cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes. In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible.
